About Study Course
Objective
The course aims to learn contemporary modes of movement - conscious and somatic movement, dance, yoga and outdoor activities - as a means of promoting personal psychoemotional goodness.
Preliminary Knowledge
Specific knowledge of psychology is not necessary. The study course requires academic skills - the ability to navigate scientific literature, gather information and argue, and the ability to plan time.

Knowledge
1.Describe the types of conscious and somatic movement, dance, yoga and outdoor activities to promote wellbeing.
2.Knows the effects of mindful and somatic movement, dance, yoga and outdoor activities on psychoemotional wellbeing.

Individual work - a report on a chosen topic related to the impact of modern movements on goodwill. The student draws conclusions about the effect of a certain type of movement on the benevolence indicators. The conclusions are based on scientific literature, factual analysis and personal attitudes. Evaluation criteria:

Individual development and presentation of the programme plan during the practical workshop. The student collects data during the course which is analysed in the introductory part of the programme. On the basis of the findings, an individual movement programme for the promotion of personal well-being is being developed. Each student sets their own individual wellbeing goal, which would be achieved as a result of the program. During the practical seminar, the student presents and justifies his or her movement programme, as well as demonstrating one of the movements. Evaluation criteria:
