Optimal run rate, range, free movement. The most characteristic elements of the technique can be demonstrated in different variants (from short run, parts, simulations, etc.). Any preparatory exercise can be demonstrated. Gets involved in teaching other students. Sees and knows how to correct mistakes. Able to evaluate your movements and those of other students. 2 p. - all movement elements are clearly visible in the demonstration. Optimal run rate, range, free movement. You can demonstrate preparatory exercises if you specify which. On cue, engage in teaching other students. On cue, tries to spot mistakes and find exercises to fix them, rates the movements of other students. 1 p. - The main elements of the technique can be seen in the demonstration. Execution speed, rhythm, amplitude insufficient. Demonstrate some preparatory exercises on cue. There are difficulties in seeing mistakes and assessing the activities of themselves and other students. Evaluation criteria are a must-do, a successful course. In the offset, the minimum pass rating is 4 (g.vid rivers), while the highest score is 10 (excellent).
