About Study Course
Objective
To promote the acquisition of knowledge about different types of exercise, their effects on the musculoskeletal system, muscles and cardiovascular system, their role in strengthening the health of people of different ages and genders.
Preliminary Knowledge
Prior knowledge of physical activity is recommended, but knowledge may also be acquired during the learning process if it has not been previously available.
Learning Outcomes
Knowledge
1.Student will gain: 1. Understanding the role of health exercise in preventing diseases and improving quality of life. 2. Knowledge of the structure and functional characteristics of the human motion apparatus. 3. Theoretical knowledge of the importance of sound posture and its correction possibilities. 4. Knowledge of the impact of breathing and relaxation techniques on physical and mental health. 5. Understanding how to tailor exercise to different age groups and physical fitness levels.
Skills
1.Skills a student will acquire. • Practically apply health exercise exercises to your daily life. • Demonstrate and perform postural, breathing, bending, strength and balance exercises. • Tailor exercise packages according to age, physical fitness level and individual needs. • Build simple health exercise classes for yourself or a small group. • Take relaxation and stress relief exercises. • Follow the principles of safety and ergonomics when exercising. • Assess your physical self-feeling and choose appropriate exercises to improve it.
Competences
1.As a result of the study course, students will have gained insight into the importance of health exercise in improving the quality of human life through various types of exercise. Understand and learn exercises for respiratory problems, cardiovascular problems, back pain, joint pain problems. Will purposefully learn to strengthen your body and deep muscles, improve your health and posture.
