Clinical skill assessment has to be done by the head of practical training, but theoretical knowledge assessment is organised by the head of the specialty program (according to RSU study regulations II). Theoretical knowledge can be assessed by: multiple choice tests, essays, clinical case-based tests, clinical case presentations, etc. Skills are assessed by monitoring performance in the workplace, as well as the observations used in demonstrations on the manikin and simulator, as well as objective structured clinical skill assessment. Residents' knowledge and skills are assessed according to the 10-point system.
