About Study Course

Objective

To improve knowledge and skills about the importance of factors affecting management in the 21st century in mastering new content and methods of strategic management and their practical implementation.

Knowledge

1.After mastering the study course students understand the nature, basic principles of strategic management, known strategic management organisation methods.

1.After mastering the study course students analyse the interconnection between management processes and activities, identify problems.

Competences

1.After mastering the study course students develop solutions for challenges, taking relevant decisions on strategy building, integrate obtained knowledge and alternative opinions about strategic management.
