About Study Course

Objective

Provide students with information and knowledge about Pilates, develop practical skills in Pilates exercises and develop understanding of Pilates exercises.

Student creates and submits 3 descriptions of Pilates exercises in e-studies. One of the submitted exercises, in accordance with the instructions of the lecturer, shall be demonstrated by the student in person.
