Objective

Knowledge
1.Know urological disease etiology, pathogenesis, symptoms, diagnosis, indications for conservative and surgery; know urology used in diagnostic methods and tools.
Skills
1.To provide urgent assistance to the patient with acute urologic pathology; create and implement a proper scheme diagnostic and treatment tactics of patients with urologic pathology; perform diagnostic and therapeutic manipulation.
Competences
1.provide urological assistance in acute situations acording to the Latvian Cabinet of Ministers, the Ministry of Health and the Association of Latvian urologist requirements. Certified specialist competence is urological pathology diagnostics, conservative and operative treatment.

To provide detailed theoretical knowledge of the innate and acquired, acute and chronic urological disease etiology, pathogenesis, symptoms, diagnosis, differential diagnosis, as well as urological disease conservative treatment and urological indications.
Diagnostic methods, instrumentation and hardware, practical skills for diagnostic and therapeutic manipulation, as well as treatment methods (operations) practical use of Urological profile for patients on the scope of the program.
