About Study Course

Objective

Promote the education of highly qualified specialists - swimming senior coaches who would successfully plan, organise, manage and evaluate training - training process, training - methodological classes and competitions in accordance with the rules of the sport and the standard requirements of the sports senior coaching profession.

Preliminary Knowledge

Knowledge of sports theory, pedagogy, sports pedagogy, sports didactic, psychology or sports psychology, anatomy, physiology and biomechanics. Study courses and knowledge in sports theory, training didactics, pedagogy have been acquired. Successful study courses’ ’pedagogical improvement in qualification’ ’.

Learning Outcomes

Knowledge

1.Is familiar with the techniques of swimming methods, its biomechanical structure, the methodology of teaching and improvement of techniques in the training – training process. Is familiar with sports swimming preparation directions, the impact of different physical loads on the athletes’ body. Is familiar with training load planning and control techniques. Is familiar with the characteristics of the development and teaching of age students, the training process. Knows the specifics and organisation of running competitions for athletes of different contingent and ages.

1.Apply a variety of swimming learning methods, shapes and technologies. Plan, organise and conduct various levels of preparatory swimmer classes and competitions.

2.Understanding the legalities of the training process in sport and being able to tailor it to students’ individual needs. Take responsibility for the safety of the training-training session. Conduct classes for athletes of different fitness, age and contingent.

Verbally. Answer three questions for a certain ticket. Apprenticeship and analysis of paging technology. Distribution of loads in sports swimming. Special training of swimmers in sports swimming (endurance, strength, speed) development, influencing different loads on the organisms of the athlete. Bold planning.

Methods of teaching swimming and swimming methods, content and sequence of classes

A student creates a presentation about the contents of a given swimming stage. Padding teaching methods, preparations. Analysis of pleading types, starts, speed videos by self-generated video, analysis, exercises for perfection.

Distribution of loads according to physiological and biochemical parameters in sports swimming.

The student performs the test from 30 questions, which include: an energy distribution of the broom to Pau Zone; principles for applying the amount of generosity, intensity load in training; effect of the prescribed load on the organism.

4.

Selection and selection in sports swimming.

A student creates a presentation on the application of selection criteria (special testing) to determine the dynamics of an athlete’s achievement, development, test results at a certain age (will be assigned).
