About Study Course
Objective
Strengthen, deepen, and develop theoretical and practical knowledge in defining problems in sports science, preparing and structuring research, and organizing the research process.
Preliminary Knowledge
Knows the structure of the scientific framework typical of sports science research, and is able to define the research problem and formulate a hypothesis.

The course paper is defended before a committee consisting of at least two lecturers, one of whom is the course paper supervisor. The stages of the paper development and the assessment are carried out in accordance with the methodological guidelines of the RSU Latvian Academy of Sport Education Faculty for the preparation and formatting of a course paper in the study programme “Sports Science”. The methodological guidelines are available in the course e-studies. |
