About Study Course

Objective

To ensure acquisition of in-depth knowledge of healthy nutrition at different stages of life for people with different levels of physical activity, including knowledge of nutrient, macronutrient and micronutrient requirements.

Learning Outcomes

Knowledge

1.Knowledge of nutritional needs and assessment methods for children of different age groups, adults, seniors and athletes.

Skills

1.Skills to give nutritional recommendations to children of different age groups, adults, seniors and athletes, as well as to conduct training on choosing a healthy diet.

Competences

1.Competence to assess the dietary habits of an individual and make dietary recommendations according to age group, individual level of physical activity and eating habits.
