About Study Course
Objective
To provide students with knowledge of the competency framework of the trainer in exercise for health fitness, the concepts used therein, communication with clients, as well as the objectives, tasks and methods of exercise for health. Provide an opportunity for students to develop practical skills to compare the effects of different methods used for healthy exercise on the body and to analyse the fitness of exercise for health to the client, as well as to develop competences in the use, communication, application of methodologies and adaptation of these concepts to clients.

During the lesson, the student pulls out the task of demonstrating one neutral position and one movement in that position. Student demonstrates and explains the performance of a neutral position and movement by providing methodological guidance and justifying guidance, names positions and mistakes made more frequently during movement, and explains the impact of these errors. |
