About Study Course

Objective

To provide students with knowledge of the competency framework of the trainer in exercise for health fitness, the concepts used therein, communication with clients, as well as the objectives, tasks and methods of exercise for health. Provide an opportunity for students to develop practical skills to compare the effects of different methods used for healthy exercise on the body and to analyse the fitness of exercise for health to the client, as well as to develop competences in the use, communication, application of methodologies and adaptation of these concepts to clients.

The student independently obtains information from the student in his or her study group regarding his or her state of health, sports and fitness experience, training objectives within the scope of the competence of the trainer. Fills in the form of the client's questionnaire. Submit a completed client's questionnaire in e-studies.

Prepares recommendations for a group member interviewed or for group class, freely selecting the objectives of the class; fill in the form intended for it and to draw up presentations in the form of presentations. Submit the presentation to e-studies.

During a face-to-face class, the student performs a test in writing with choice of answers and open questions about the definition, objectives, tasks and concepts of exercise for health fitness, the framework of competence of the coach of health fitness, the impact of modern lifestyles on the motion system.

Position and movement demonstration

10 points

During the lesson, the student pulls out the task of demonstrating one neutral position and one movement in that position. Student demonstrates and explains the performance of a neutral position and movement by providing methodological guidance and justifying guidance, names positions and mistakes made more frequently during movement, and explains the impact of these errors.

Explanation of methods and demonstration of their exercises

Student pulls out tasks to briefly explain two methods of exercise for health and demonstrates the performance of exercise from each method, providing methodological guidance. Answers additional questions from the lecturer.

Student presents prepared recommendations in person during the lesson, answers additional questions about the presentation. Feedback from the interviewee and other students, lecturer.
