About Study Course

Objective

Promote professional development of qualified sports trainers by ensuring the ability to plan, organise, manage and analyse the training-training process, competitions and methodological work in accordance with sports regulations, multiannual preparation principles and standard requirements of the sports coaching profession.

One training-training lesson plan shall be drawn up each semester. The plan describes lesson exercises using appropriate terminology, justification for exercise selection, and downstream tasks, dosage, and organizational-methodological instructions.

Fight Analysis Logbook

10.00% from total grade
Test

During the course, students perform an analysis of professional activity and reflect on the experience of training, learning and teaching, maintaining a battle analysis diary.

In the Journal of fight analysis, students systematically analyse fight situations (sparring or competitions), competition trial situations, organisation of the training process, organisation of sports camps.

The quality of the diary is judged every semester.

In the first semester, students run one training-training class.

The preparation of the training site shall be evaluated according to the tasks and capabilities; compliance with safety rules; the ability to choose the appropriate amount and intensity; ability to use a variety of teaching, training methods, class forms and technologies, as well as the language, posture and style of conducting the lesson of the coach.

Theoretical test

20.00% from total grade
10 points

The theoretical test of the theoretical basics of combat sport. Each semester, students in the e-learning environment shall take a theoretical examination of the topics acquired during the semester. In the last semester, the theoretical test is part of the exam.

3.

Practical test of technique

20.00% from total grade
10 points

At the end of each semester, the student demonstrates combat sports technique and explains its biomechanical principles.

The combat specialty showcases steep combat and supine combat techniques.

Assessed:

  • quality of performance of the technique,
  • understanding of biomechanical principles,
  • methodological explanation,
  • identification and correction of errors,
  • professional use of terminology.
4.

Exam

30.00% from total grade
10 points

At the end of the course, students shall take an examination consisting of three parts: the theoretical test for the whole course substance; analysis of the situation of the combat sports training process and practical demonstrations of techniques.
