About Study Course
Objective
To give students the opportunity to learn throwing exercises and the possibilities of their application for the development of quick power.

Athletics at high school standard level.
Learning Outcomes
Knowledge
1.1. Special exercises for throwers to develop quickness 2. Basic principles of developing speed power
Skills
1.3. Ability to perform throwing exercises for developing quick power; 4. Ability to plan training with the use of high-speed exercises;
Competences
1.5. Understanding the selection and application of exercises in the development of representatives of various sports, specific muscle groups; 6. Understanding of the use of exercises for the development of high-speed strength and their appropriate inclusion in the training plan.
