About Study Course
Objective
Contemplate the rules of behaviour which are accepted in formal relations in Europe, that are topical also in Latvian society, as well as pay attention to standards of behaviour that are often exceeded.

Learning Outcomes
Knowledge
1.Students will be able to: • describe and present the current features of the applied label in different countries, developments and trends, the nature of the applied label;
2.• list clothing styles and specify criteria for selecting business clothing;
3.• to speak out about the culture and importance of clothing in shaping a professional image;
4.• describe the business types and behaviors of communication in the business environment: job interview, greeting, first impression, business interaction in the working environment, types of business meetings and parties;
5.• define the meaning of the minutes.
Skills
1.• skills and skills for creating applied label attributes: resume, drawing up a business card, preparing a motivation letter, writing an invitation;
2.• choice of business clothing, footwear and accessories, the skills to tie a tie (Windsor and Pa Windsor knot);
3.• selection and recommendations of applied gifts and flowers;
4.• use of labels and norms of mutual decency;
5.• explain the netiquette or network label guidelines.
