Is familiar with the physiology of this axis's hormonal secretion, its role in reproductive health; Knows examination methods of hypothalamic-pituitary-testicle axis; Is familiar with the physiology and pathophysiology of normal and pathological development of male puberty; Knows the hypothalamic, pituitary and adrenal diseases related to the male reproductive system. Their diagnostic possibilities, treatment; Knows different types of hypogonadism, their diagnostic and differential diagnostics, treatment possibilities; Understands the impact of other endocrine disorders (diabetes and thyroid diseases) on male reproductive health.

Skills

Diagnoses and treats pathological delayed puberty; Diagnoses and treats adrenal diseases that affect male reproductive health (adrenal hyperplasia, etc.); Diagnoses and treats various types of hypogonadism (primary, secondary, delayed, iatrogenic); Evaluates the impact of other endocrine disorders on the functioning of the male reproductive system, assesses the need for correction.

Competences
