About Study Course
Objective
Enter students into scientific research by promoting their interdisciplinary and international contacts, knowledge transfer and professional development. Ensure qualitative doctoral studies experience by developing research competences and in-depth presentation of scientific research principles and strategies, offering lectures and practical classes of science sector specialists and visiting lecturers in the doctoral school.
Preliminary Knowledge
Master’s degree obtained in Medical and Health Sciences or Social Sciences.
Learning Outcomes
Knowledge
1.Understand the research principles of different scientific sectors and their application more widely than the research carried out by themselves.
2.Understands the possibilities for cooperation in research with different university departments and scientific institutions outside the university.
Skills
1.Is able to use new innovative methods in structuring and implementing doctoral studies.
2.Develop critical thinking, data analysis skills and academic communication and writing skills.
Competences
1.Able to formulate topics relevant to the development of society and theoretically relevant topics and address them in cooperation with specialists from other sectors or sub-sectors.
2.Able to develop research work based on the principles and strategies of modern research involving knowledge transfer.

The doctoral student attends lectures and classes/seminars performed by the visiting lecturers of the doctoral studies school in order to develop scientific competences.
