About Study Course

Objective

The student will acquire knowledge and skills in complicated root canal treatment, the use of biomaterials, endodontic retreatment and apical surgery.

Learning Outcomes

Knowledge

1.Postgraduate students will obtain knowledge of treatment of endodontic diseases, of endodontic retreatment, the use of biomaterials and apical surgery.

Skills

1.As a result of mastering the study course, the postgraduate student will be able to perform root canal treatment and non-complicated apical surgery, and to use biomaterials.

Competences

1.The postgraduate students will be able to use the acquired knowledge in order to set an accurate diagnosis and to draw up a treatment plan; will be able to provide endodontic treatment, to interpret and analyse results of endodontic treatment and apical surgery.
