About Study Course

Objective

Acquisition of theoretical and practical knowledge in planning, organizing, and leading diverse outdoor activities for the restoration of mental and physical capacity of various social groups.

Preliminary Knowledge

Completion of compulsory elective courses for the Recreation Specialist within the Sports Science study program during the 1st and 2nd year of studies.

Learning Outcomes

Knowledge

1.Student will know recreational types of outdoor activities and their characterization. Will know types of recreational hiking, organising methodology (suitable for different contingent, objectives, environment and available resources).

2.Will know the basic principles of diverse collaboration activities, group and team management, development dynamics. Assembling groups and creating commands. Evaluation of the development and operation of the team

1.Student is able to plan, realize and evaluate recreational infantry trekking. Will be able to work both individually and as a team.

3.Able to plan and organise tasks forming an outdoor environment team (games, games, trainees, low rope tasks); be able to select materials relevant to specific activities - technical equipment. Able to see opportunities for development, find innovative outdoor acivities.
