Objective
Learning Outcomes
Knowledge
1.Will obtain basic knowledge of the radionuclide diagnosis and therapy possibilities in patients with endocrine disorders.
Skills
1.Will be able to develop an examination and treatment plan for patients with thyroid disorders in whom 131-I therapy is planned. To assess radionuclide diagnosis examinations, indications and contraindications.
Competences
1.To provide a medical resident with a possibility to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for assessment of the radionuclide diagnosis and treatment methods in endocrinology. A medical resident shall take part in application of different diagnosis and treatment methods.

A resident of endocrinology acquires knowledge and skills to be able to evaluate radionuclide diagnostic and treatment methods. The resident must participate in the course of various diagnostic and treatment methods, attend the planned seminars. Prepare presentations of clinical cases for seminars. Get acquainted with the latest literature and prepare literature reviews. Understand the peculiarities of the diagnosis and treatment of endocrine diseases. Exam test.

A medical resident is able to determine indications for radionuclide diagnosis and therapy,
Is competent in the range of methods,
Is able to analyse the thyroid scintigraphy modules offered by a lecturer,
