Objective
Learning Outcomes
Knowledge
1.Explain the etiological factors and pathogenetic mechanisms of addiction diseases; formulate preventive measures; name the regulatory documents that regulate the procedure for the treatment of addiction patients; to know the diagnostic tools of addiction disease.
Skills
1.Collect drug anamnesis, recognize addiction disease syndromes, be able to formulate a diagnosis; to provide narcological assistance, in accordance with existing legislation; explain the need for preventive measures.
Competences
1.Organize the treatment of addiction patients, in accordance with regulatory documents; evaluates the impact of the addiction disease on the state of health; to provide information about the diagnosis and treatment options of the addiction disease to the patient and his relatives; participate in a multiprofessional team.

• Read additional literature sources, attend thematic LNA conferences.
Practice in daily work:
- detection and correct assessment of the symptoms of addiction diseases;
- collection of a full-fledged narcological anamnesis with subsequent drawing up of a treatment and care plan;
- work with patients in a multiprofessional team.
