About Study Course
Objective

Learning Outcomes
Knowledge
1.During the course, students will gain a basic understanding of Prince2 and Agile project management methodologies, which will allow them to successfully manage or participate in project development and implementation in companies and organizations in various industries.
Skills
1.After the completion of the course, students will be able to develop proposals for starting a project, define requirements for new product development, develop a project plan and delegate tasks to project team members, successfully manage product development and implementation processes.
Competences
1.Students will acquire knowledge on developing project proposals, evaluating multiple solution alternatives, organising the project, defining project participants’ responsibilities, developing a project plan, monitoring results, evaluating and managing project risks, and managing the working group.

Studying video lectures, understanding lecture topics through required course literature, and completing knowledge assessments.
