Examination

-
-
Summative assessment of knowledge and competences in seminars (presenting individually created presentations), practical works and final examination. If the student does not attend a seminar, practical work, or fails it, the test work must be retaken and passed. An examination must be taken at the end of the hygiene study course. Only students who have passed all 4 seminars and 2 practical works are allowed to take the examination. The total assessment is summative. The examination can be taken three times. The third time (in the presence of a commission) is the last possibility for a student to pass this subject in this semester. When the study course is over, a differentiated assessment on a 10-point scale is provided based on the sum of points obtained during the semester for seminars and practical works, which account for 50% of the assessment, and an assessment of the examination, which accounts for 50% of the assessment. If a student has received a successful final assessment, but wishes to receive a higher assessment, he/she may take the examination again twice before the end of the semester only with a permission issued by the LASE Study Department. The assessment of the last repeated test remains valid. Assessment of learning outcomes 1. Epidemiological factors of the environment. Infectious diseases, prevention thereof. 2.
