About Study Course
Objective
Promote the growth of student knowledge, skills and competences to promote a healthy and Aktiva lifestyle on a daily basis and in an academic and sporting environment with skating and hockey mobility activities.
Preliminary Knowledge
Understanding ice skating and ice hockey, the equipment and equipment it requires, and motivating you to learn movement activity skills on ice.

1.Students define and understand the basics of skating and hockey, as well as their role in promoting healthy and active lifestyles in everyday and academic and sporting settings.
