Objective

Knowledge and practical skills in the determination of viral antigens, nucleic acids, cultivation and resistance determination principles.

Knowledge

1.To define the detection of viral antigens, nucleic acids, the possibilities of cultivation, as well as to describe the detection of antiviral antibodies and its importance in diagnostics.

1.Practical skills in the diagnosis of viral infections.

1.Depending on the agent of the viral infection, as well as the pathogenetic course, to choose the most correct diagnostic direction, method, as well as to interpret the results.
