About Study Course
Objective
To improve the knowledge and skills of students in the field of entrepreneurship and accounting by promoting the ability to evaluate the business environment, plan the commencement of entrepreneurship and apply basic accounting principles in accordance with the requirements of regulatory enactments.
Preliminary Knowledge
Basic knowledge of mathematics and basic economic concepts, ability to analyse information and use digital tools to perform learning tasks.

Job description: The student analyses business statistics, learns innovative business types, evaluates the business environment. Conditions of performance: The work shall be individually developed using theoretical material, statistical data and other reliable sources of information acquired in the study course. The analysis should use relevant data, assess the business environment and justify the conclusions reached. The work shall be prepared in accordance with the design requirements specified in the study course and submitted within the specified time period. Assessment parameters and criteria: Assess the quality of analysis of business statistics by determining whether adequate and correct data have been used, whether the analysis has been made in a logical manner and the conclusions are reasonable. Assess the assessment of the business environment by determining whether it is factually based, reasoned and consistent with the situation analysed. Evaluate the characteristics of innovative business types by determining whether they are correct and based on examples. The accuracy of the use of professional terminology, the structure of the work and the conformity of the design with the requirements of the study course shall also be evaluated. |

Job description: The student acquires the theoretical accounting material and records economic operations using the double entry principle. Conditions of performance: The work shall be performed individually in solving practical tasks in accordance with the basic accounting principles acquired in the study course. When performing tasks, the dual entry principle shall be respected and appropriate professional terminology shall be used. The work shall be submitted within the specified time period. Valuation parameters and criteria: assess the quality of the accounting of economic operations by determining whether all entries were made correctly and in accordance with basic accounting principles. Evaluates the application of the double entry by determining whether debit and credit entries have been made correctly and without material errors. Evaluate the use of theoretical knowledge in solving practical tasks, accuracy of calculations, correctness of the use of professional terminology and conformity of the work design with the specified requirements. |

Calculation of financial results and preparation of financial statements |

Job description: The student shall determine the financial result of the economic activity of the undertaking, calculate the depreciation and remuneration of fixed assets, as well as prepare the balance sheet and profit or loss account. Conditions of performance: The work shall be performed individually using the calculation methods and basic accounting principles acquired in the study course. Calculations and financial statements shall be prepared on the basis of the data given, taking into account the accounting requirements in force. The work shall be submitted within the specified time period. Valuation parameters and criteria: assess the quality of the calculation of an entity’s financial result by determining whether the calculations are correct and consistent with the given data. Assess the preparation of the balance sheet and profit or loss account by determining whether the accounts are drawn up in accordance with accounting requirements and without material errors. The accuracy of the depreciation and wage calculations of fixed assets, correctness of the use of professional terminology, structure of work and conformity of design with the specified requirements shall be evaluated. |

Execution Conditions: The test is to be completed individually within the time set in the study course. It includes theoretical questions and practical tasks on business and accounting. Evaluation Parameters and Criteria: Evaluates the use of theoretical knowledge by determining whether the answers are correct, complete, and correspond to the course content. Assesses the quality of practical task completion by checking if calculations are done correctly, accounting principles are correctly applied, and solutions are well-founded. Evaluates the accuracy of the use of professional terminology and the ability to soundly justify the chosen solutions. |
