About Study Course
Objective
The goal of the study course is to form an understanding of theoretical framework of strategy development and form an understanding of strategy implementation mechanisms and the role of digitalisation in strategy development and implementation. In addition to that the goal is to form an capability and routines of managers from public organisation on how to overview a hierarchically organized goal development process and following establishment of goal metrics and adjustment mechanisms as a main mechanism of strategy implementation.

Evaluate change project: what was good practice, what and how should be improved. |
