About Study Course

Objective

To provide students with the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge of the methodology of exercise, organisation and management of hours in the acquisition of elements of exercise. The nature, content, principles, methods and means of organising the exercise training process; to teach skills in the use of exercise techniques; improve physical characteristics and psychological fitness.

Learning Outcomes

Knowledge

1.Will be familiar with the teaching methodology of exercise (rank training exercises, VAV, applied exercises for all grades of education, posture forming exercises) (teaching methods, teaching aids, forms for organising sports lessons).

2.Formal, summatical evaluation and self-assessment in the acquisition of exercise exercises.

Skills

1.To draw up and demonstrate VAV with and without object.

2.Is knowledgeable and able to provide an assessment of the situation, explains the importance of posture exercises in the health aspect.

3.Demonstrate and teach appropriate forms of posture, jumping, crawling and climbing, rolling.

4.Demonstrate and use skills to combine study principles, methods and means productively by organising the training process at all stages of age.
