Design according to the form – target, tasks, required inventory, varied exercises and methods are presented, dosage and rest pauses are indicated, instructions for carrying out tasks.

2.

Testing of general and special preparedness

12.50% from total grade
10 points

Select control exercises for testing general (three) and special (three) preparedness for athletes of a certain age and preparedness in a sport.

The relevance of the selected tests for the training group and the justification are evaluated. Testing and description of the obtained data: self-performed testing, mathematical-statistical processing of the data. An analytical, evaluative description is prepared and the obtained results are interpreted with the data of the literature sources, a personal opinion is expressed.

3.

Technical analysis

12.50% from total grade
