About Study Course
Objective
Give the opportunity to learn speed, strength, speed, flexibility, coordination, etc. development exercises in athletics and build skills for the use of these exercises in the physical preparation of other sports.
Preliminary Knowledge
At the level of the National Standard for primary Education and General secondary Education Sport. Learning of the study course “Athletics didactic”, “Sports training theory, methodology and pedagogical improvement”, “Sports theory and foundations of the theory of Sports training of children and Young people” and “training theory and planning” is desirable.
