About Study Course

Objective

To ensure the acquisition and improvement of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in neurology in accordance with the requirements of the regulations of the specialty of neurosurgery.

Learning Outcomes

Knowledge

1.Resident possesses knowledge on aetiology, pathogenesis, symptomatology, diagnostics, differential diagnostics of nervous system damages, as well as principles of application of diagnostic and medical methods in neurology.

Skills

1.Must be able to examine his patients with nervous system damages and interpret the results of additional examinations.

Competences

1.The doctor, using the acquired knowledge and skills, is able to independently recognize and diagnose neurological diseases, evaluate them, if necessary, involving the relevant specialist.

In addition to the workshops, residents carry out research and teaching, as well as visits to CEF RS organized lectures of medicine and other sciences interdisciplinary problems and the theory of the guidelines.
