About Study Course

Objective

To provide postgraduate theoretical and practical acquirement and improvement of skills to qualify doctors to be practitioners in general surgery according to requirements of regulation, corresponding to the normative documentation of the Latvian Republic.

1.• Infertility, pathogenesis, symptoms, diagnostic principles • Spermmogramas making principles, factors affecting its parameters • Artificial insemination ways to display these methods use • Testosterone deficiency causes hypogonadism symptoms, diagnostic principles • Erectile dysfunction etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis, a medical and surgical treatment principles

Skills

1.• Infertile patient's physical examination • Interpret spermogrammas and other laboratory examination results. • The male reproductive organ ultrasound examination. • Identify the testis biopsy technique to be able to do so
