About Study Course
Objective
1. To ensure the acquisition and improvement of basic evidence-based theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the diagnostics of periodontal diseases.
2. To ensure the acquisition of basic theoretical knowledge and practical skills for determining the prognosis and developing a treatment plan for periodontal patients.
3. To develop and practice an interdisciplinary approach to clinical work.
Learning Outcomes
Knowledge
1.Basic knowledge of diagnostics and treatment of periodontal diseases. Basic knowledge of prognosis and the development of the treatment plan for periodontal patients in need of dental prosthetics. Basic knowledge of an interdisciplinary approach to clinical work.
Skills
1.Is able to diagnose and treat basic periodontal diseases. Is able to determine the prognosis and develop a treatment plan for periodontal patients in need of dental prosthetics. Is able to use an interdisciplinary approach to clinical work.
Competences
1.Uses the acquired knowledge in clinical practice. Is able to make an exact diagnosis and develop a treatment plan for a periodontal patient in need of dental prosthetics. Interprets and analyzes the treatment results.
