About Study Course
Objective
To promote the education of highly qualified specialists – senior coaches in the sport – who would successfully plan, organize, lead, and evaluate the training process, educational-methodical sessions, and competitions in accordance with the rules of the sport and the requirements of the professional standard for senior coaches in the respective sport
Preliminary Knowledge
Knowledge of sports theory, pedagogy, sports pedagogy, sports didactic, psychology or sports psychology, anatomy, physiology and biomechanics. Study courses and knowledge in sports theory, training didactics, pedagogy have been acquired. Successful study courses’ ’pedagogical improvement in qualification’ ’.
Learning Outcomes
Knowledge
1.Is familiar with the direction of preparation of the sport; Knows the technique of the sport, the biomechanical structure and methodology for the improvement of the technique, the training – the training process, the planning and organisation of competitions; Knows how to plan your exercise process according to age training
Individual work • The content of the exam shall be defined and determined by the sports specialisation manager in accordance with the requirements of the placement
2.Describes the history of the development of football and the rules of the game (according to the International Football Association Board).
3.Explains the basic principles of football training theory and the regularities of workload planning.
4.Describes the importance of general and special physical training in football.
5.Analyzes the structure of technical and tactical preparation.
6.Describes the developmental characteristics of different age groups and pedagogical approaches in football.
Skills
1.Prota to improve sports teaching technique

2.Diagnose and correct errors in the students’ technique, determine the amount and intensity of the load appropriate to the students’ abilities

3.Assess students’ physical, functional condition and technical, tactical and psychological fitness

4.Develop an age-appropriate training plan.
5.Diagnose and eliminate students' technical errors, determine the amount and intensity of the load appropriate to the students' abilities
6.To assess the physical, functional condition and technical, tactical and psychological preparation of students
7.Plans the football training process (at the annual, mesocycle, microcycle and lesson levels).
8.Analyzes a football game and prepares a tactical evaluation.
9.Dose physical activity according to the athletes' fitness.
10.Apply pedagogical methods and communication skills in the training process.
