About Study Course

Objective

To ensure the acquisition and improvement of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in immunological laboratory methods and interpretation thereof in accordance with the requirements of the immunology specialty regulation.

Learning Outcomes

Knowledge

1.The student acquires the knowledge to name the most important immunological laboratory methods, is able to prescribe and use laboratory methods for the diagnosis of immunopathological conditions, to analyse and evaluate changes therein, and to justify immunopathological conditions with them.

Skills

1.Knows how to detect changes in a patient’s immunological parameters and interpret the changes in order to diagnose an immunological disease.

Competences

1.Gains the competence to prescribe laboratory immunological tests and to assess changes therein in case of various diseases and immunopathological conditions.
