About Study Course

Objective

To offer students an opportunity to gain understanding and skills, when preparing regulatory enactments and other documents important in professional activity, paying special attention to the content, structure, basic principles and legal techniques, to promote in-depth understanding of drafting of regulatory enactments and document management.

Learning Outcomes

Knowledge

1.Students find their way in the regulation for drafting regulatory enactments and documents, are able to independently find legal regulations regulating basic principles and basic requirements of legal techniques in order to draft a draft regulatory enactment and other document (order, decision, protocol, administrative act).

Skills

1.Students are able to critically analyse the specific situation and are able to offer a solution in the process of drafting a regulatory enactment and other document (order, decision, protocol, administrative act).

Competences

1.Students practically prepare a draft regulatory enactment and other document (order, decision, protocol, administrative act) including the protection of the rights and interests of the organization and social dialogue in accordance with the requirements to the legal technique.

Drafting of a regulatory enactment (considering the selected specialisation and coordinating the topic, type with the lecturer). In order to evaluate the quality of the study course as a whole, the student must fill out the study course evaluation questionnaire on the Student Portal.
