About Study Course

Objective

Understand the popular sports activity - Orienteering (basics, essence and the possibility of using it for the benefit of strengthening one's own and other people's health).

Preliminary Knowledge

Understanding of orienteering as an outdoor activity. Specific prior knowledge of orienteering as a sport is not required.
