About Study Course

Objective

To learn about modern approaches in application of management theory.

Preliminary Knowledge

Basic principles and methods of systems theory and systems analysis.

Learning Outcomes

Knowledge

1.On completion of the study course, students will have acquired knowledge of modern management theories and their development trends, strategic management concepts and their implementation in business models.

Skills

1.Students will be able to analyse management processes in enterprises (organisations), draw up its strategy and do planning, make socially responsible decisions for business development and increase of competitiveness.

Competences

1.To interpret the results of the management of the company (organisation), to define directions for the improvement of the strategy, to do planning in accordance with the need to increase a company competitiveness and its social responsibility.
