About Study Course

Objective

Give students insight into the methodology of fitness yoga distributed in the West, explain its differences from classical yoga, develop an understanding of the effects of fitness yoga on the body, teach fitness yoga poses and breathing techniques, provide insights into building simple strings of fitness yoga, promote an understanding of connecting fitness yoga to health sports (fitness) and sports.
