About Study Course

Objective

To give an overview to students in the field of European Union law as a system of rules operating within the member states of the European Union, as well as give theoretical and practical understanding of on EU law.

Preliminary Knowledge

Learning Outcomes

Knowledge

1.As a result of the study course, students will have basic knowledge about current EU law, legal problems in the field of EU law. Students will be able to use the knowledge as a basis for further research in EU law studies. Also, as a result of the study course, students will be able to include and summarize the knowledge of various sub-branches of law in the field of EU law, as well as contribute to the creation of new knowledge, research and professional activities.

Skills

1.As a result of the study course, students are able to identify problems in the field of EU law. Are able to apply the relevant legal norms to solve specific legal situations, to analyze problem issues and give them an independent and motivated assessment, to offer a solution to the situation in EU law field.

Competences

1.Students are able to independently analyze and identify problems in the field of EU law. Independently obtain, select and analyze the necessary information on a specific issue, as well as perform theoretical and practical analysis and research.
