About Study Course

Objective

The objective is to equip students with the ability to apply acquired technical skills in movement, hand strikes, and kicks in various practical situations, to analyze the classification of techniques and the specifics of striking combat sports, and to make well-reasoned choices of appropriate techniques based on situational analysis, partner actions, and the integration of theoretical knowledge.

Throughout the study course, students periodically film their performance in the performance of techniques and submit video material to the E-learning environment for mutual evaluation. Students shall analyse the videos submitted by the courtiers, assess the quality of the performance of the techniques and provide feedback on improving the quality of the performance.
