About Study Course

Objective

Acquaint students with the specific nature of professional ethics in the work of a lawyer. Develop a systematic understanding of the basic principles, values and norms, rights, duties and responsibilities of a lawyer’s professional ethics.

Knowledge

1.Know the basic principles of professional ethics and their application in the work of a lawyer.

Skills

1.Able to judge and analyse ethical issues independently; to use correct reasoning to justify their ethical position; able to adopt the appropriate attitude towards clients, colleagues and the public in compliance with the requirements of professional ethics; able to deal with moral dilemmas.

Competences

1.Able to identify and solve issues of a lawyer’s professional ethics, to know the theory and practice of the lawyer’s professional ethics.
