Objective
The student is able to select and justify solutions for crime scene inspection, footprint removal, and investigation planning.
Preliminary Knowledge
Introduction to Civil Law, Logic, Administrative Law, Human Rights, Criminal Law. General Part, Criminal Law. Special Part, Criminal Process. General Part, Criminal Process. Special Part.

Knowledge
1.1. Justifies the versions put forward. 2. Explains the necessary removal of traces and objects. 3. Argues for determining the necessary expert examinations.

1.1. Explains the circumstances supporting the proposed version. 2. Argues the necessary removal of traces and objects to confirm the proposed version. 3. Justifies the questions to be asked of the expert.
