Knowledge
1.Students will be able to: • Describe the delivery process • Evaluate the pregnancy and postparum complications • Describe the newborn evaluation principles.
Skills
1.Students will be able to: • Diagnose the pregnancy • Diagnose the emergency states during pregnancy, • To manage the labor, • To evaluate and resuscitate the newborn, • To diagnose and manage the postpartum complications in the hospital emergency department as well as prehospitally.
Competences
1.Accept childbirth and take care of mother and child until delivery to a specialized hospital.
