About Study Course

Objective

To develop students’ understanding about work with personnel, the role and function of a manager in organisations, as well as to upgrade their knowledge about practical aspects in daily personnel management.

Learning Outcomes

Knowledge

1.After mastering the course students understand the nature of personnel management in general, learn different management styles and methods, competences necessary to managers and employees, their evaluation.

Skills

1.After mastering the course students use obtained knowledge analysing cases from students’ experience (situation analysis). Model team building and employee motivation situations.

Competences

1.After mastering the course students are able to analyse different personnel management situations, constructively resolving personnel management related matters.
