Knowledge
1.The student will know: • Symptoms of acute gastrointestinal and pulmonological, endocrinological and nephrological diseases and formulate possible differential diagnoses. • Name the findings of the laboratory and radiological examinations of the mentioned diseases, their significance • Indications for a surgeon's consultation.
Skills
1.The student will be able to: • Interpret the symptoms and syndromes of gastroenterological, pulmonological, endocrinological and nephrological diseases. • Formulate indications for inpatient and outpatient treatment. • Draw up an examination and treatment plan. • Interpret laboratory and radiological findings. • Perform pleural puncture.
Competences
1.Prediction, identification and prevention of life-threatening conditions in gastroenterology, pulmonology, endocrinology, nephrology, etc. in the fields of internal medicine.
