About Study Course
Objective
To obtain theoretical and practical skills in basics of clinical care.
Preliminary Knowledge
Anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, microbiology.

Knowledge
1.Students will acquire basic knowledge of the patient's care.

1.Assess the patient's condition and practically perform clinical skills using appropriate equipment.

Possible test method in classes - test work. It is graded but, errors are analyzed and fixed. In the final assessment, the test work comprises 50%, 50% colloquia grade. A student is admitted to a colloquia if all classes have been attended or reworked. Colloquia based on clinical skill execution, assessment in 10-point system totaling points (correct answer – 2 points, partially correct – 1, incorrect – 0). |

Hygienic and counter-epidemic regime essential requirements in medical institutions.
Description
The basic requirements of hygienic and anti-epidemic regimen in a medical treatment institution shall prescribe to prevent the spread of infectious diseases in a medical treatment institution. The essential requirements shall be established in accordance with the precautionary principle that any patient may be the vector of an infectious disease and its organs, tissues, biological fluids and sediments directly or indirectly spread live infectious disease agents in an environment which is therefore likely to be contaminated. |
