About Study Course
Objective
Strengthen the acquired knowledge in practice in the application of administrative law and administrative infringement law.

Theory of law, administrative law, right of administrative irregularity.

Knowledge
1.During the placement, the student strengthens knowledge of administrative law and administrative violation rights and their application.
Skills
1.To interpret and apply the laws governing administrative law and administrative procedural law, to solve problems of a legal nature, to carry out legal analysis of situations (to address weddings), to prepare procedural documents independently.

Thoroughly familiarise themselves with the placement programme and its requirements, comply with the recommendations of the head of placement and the heads (officials) of the placement institution; conscientious performance of placement tasks; strictly respect work discipline and internal rules of procedure at the placement; do not disclose information that is not to be disclosed in accordance with laws and regulations (there are limited availability, service, etc.). It is necessary to show the progress of the placement in the placement diary, where it is necessary to reflect the most important activities that have been carried out on a weekly basis. |

Attach documents to the Placement report which reflect the enquiry process, the actions performed during the placement and draft procedural documents prepared, the placement diary, the assessment of the Placement Manager. The results of the placement shall be summarised in the placement report, which shall be submitted within the time period specified in the study plan. The assessment of the placement consists of the following components: - handling of the wedding 50% - assessment of the placement manager 20% - assessment of oral defence of the placement 30%. The defence of the placement consists of two parts - the written part and the oral part. In the written part, the student must resolve the wedding, in the oral part - present the prepared placement report, reflecting the skills acquired and strengthened during the placement in the application of the legal framework and the preparation of procedural documents. The student may defend the oral part of the defence of the placement if a successful assessment has been received in the written part of the defence of the placement. |
