About Study Course

Objective

Provide information to students and supplement their knowledge of of contraindications to movement; to enable students to develop practical skills in the methodology of teaching exercises (performance techniques, effects on the organism, modifications, teaching), as well as in the detailed planning of classes and conducting classes; to develop the competence to analyse the effectiveness of the methods applied to the healthfitness in order to achieve the goal of the class and critically evaluate the course of the class after conducting it.

Student records video of three separate exercises according to the description of the requirements, sends video to a member of the group. The student who receives the video shall analyse in writing the conformity of the demonstrations shown in the video with the description of the requirements and send this document to the course member. Videos and descriptions are inserted into e-studies.
