Demonstration of the technique of all swimming styles with an explanation of the movement on land (prepare a video). After the independently taken video, analyze the performance of each swimming style, offer exercises for improvement. Positive assessment, if: the student's work is correctly designed, structured, written in an easily understandable language. In the content of the abstract, the author emphasizes the relevance of the scientific article, the results of the research and discovery, the methods used and conclusions. Gives information about innovations in the movement structure of the swimming style, as well as the main theses and author's experience revelation, new knowledge, skills and abilities acquisition opportunities.

Oral. Answer three specific ticket questions on the topics: load distribution in sports swimming; swimmers' special training in sports swimming (methods, means of developing and improving endurance, strength, speed); annual

training planning. To receive a positive assessment for the study course, the total score must be at least 4 (minimum level - almost satisfactory. In order for the student to receive a satisfactory assessment, the following will be assessed: attitude towards education, development dynamics and active participation in theoretical and practical classes; student's independent work; study course examination
