About Study Course
Objective
To enable students to acquire knowledge about the structure and didactic conditions of winter sports activities. To gain knowledge about the variety of winter sports activities - types of sports and the use of non-traditional means, peculiarities, manifestations and interrelationships for individuals of different ages and genders.

1.Theoretical knowledge of winter sports activities: Specifics of winter sports: Skiing (distance and alpine skiing). Snowboarding. Biathlon. Safety regulations and the importance of compliance with them. Winter sports equip

Skills
1.Basic skills in a given sport (e.g. correct cross-country skiing technique).

2.Fall and injury prevention techniques in the relevant winter sport.

1.Key competences cover the integration of knowledge, skills and attitudes needed both for the activities themselves and for their organisation and analysis.
